If I go into my account page, “My offers”, offers I claimed, data plugs are all showing 0 entries, despite having claimed an offer (supposedly) and having setup at least 2 plugins??

Hi @planetf1 - your account should now show data plugs setup.
Will iron out the quirks with claiming offers, but it a nutshell the offer you tried claiming failed because of the related failure of setting up Facebook data plug (the data was just not available in your HAT). If you could send me a private message with the screenshot of your “Crowns” tab in MarketSquare I could also check if there are any other issues with displaying offers.
